【Participation Requirements】
Applicants must meet one of the following conditions (1–3). However, if there are changes in laws or regulations, applicants must be open to consultation with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

Foreign nationals who hold a “Student” residence status, wish to find employment in Japan, and are expected to graduate by March 31, 2027.
Foreign nationals who hold a “Designated Activities” residence status and wish to find employment in Japan.
Foreign nationals who hold a residence status permitting employment in Japan, currently employed in Japan or wishing to change jobs within Japan.
